Sujal Patel Sujal Patel is the founder of Isilon and is recognized for pioneering scale-out storage as an innovative technical architecture and creating this new sector of the enterprise storage market. Sujal has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2007. He served as Isilon's Chief Technology Officer from 2001 to March 2008 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from the founding of Isilon in 2001 until August 2003. From 1996 to 2001, Sujal served in various engineering roles at RealNetworks, Inc., in part as chief architect behind the company's second-generation core media delivery system. Sujal holds a number of patents and pending patents, including those for the Isilon OneFS™ distributed file system. Sujal holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Maryland at College Park. |

Bill Richter Bill Richter was appointed our Chief Financial Officer in March of 2009. From October 2007 to March 2009, Bill served as interim Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting officer and from December 2006 to October 2007, Bill served as Isilon's Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Isilon, Bill served as a Director of Accounting and Finance at Amazon.com. Prior to Amazon.com, Bill served as a senior manager in the Audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Bill received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Washington State Licensed and Certified Public Accountant. |

Paul Rutherford Paul Rutherford has more than 15 years experience in guiding and evangelizing long-term strategic technology visions and driving tactical execution. He was named Isilon's Chief Technology Officer in March 2008, having previously served as the company's Vice President of Engineering since October 2005. Prior to joining Isilon, Paul served as Chief Technology Officer of ADIC, where he oversaw the development of the company's data protection, archive and high performance systems, including the ADIC StorNext File System. Prior to ADIC, Paul served at EMASS, where he led software development for high-capacity storage systems in the federal government and oil & gas industries. Paul has also held director-level positions in networking, I/O subsystems and storage management software at Cray Research, where he directed the development of the first high performance network file server based on low-end Cray supercomputers. Paul received a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota. |

George Bennett George Bennett has over 30 years of storage industry experience with a history of building and sustaining multi-billion dollar sales organizations. Prior to joining Isilon in April 2009, he was most recently Senior Vice President, Americas Sales, at Quantum Corporation. From 2003 to 2008, George served at NetApp as Senior Vice President, Americas Sales, where he managed all field and inside sales, support engineers, field marketing, and field finance operations, growing revenue from $600 million in 2003 to more than $2 billion in 2008. From 2000 to 2003, he served as Vice President of the Central Area for NetApp, growing regional revenue 25 percent each year. Prior to NetApp, George held executive sales positions at Data Race and Memorex Telex. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the State University of New York. |

Brett Helsel Brett Helsel has over 25 years experience building and managing high performing engineering teams. Prior to joining Isilon in March 2008, he spent five years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lockdown Networks. From 1998 to 2003, Brett served F5 Networks as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development. Under his leadership, F5 grew its engineering team from 4 engineers to nearly 200, completed a highly successful IPO and achieved a leadership position in the network traffic manager space. From March 1997 to March 1998, he served as Vice President, Product Development, for Cybersafe, Inc. and from April 1994 to October 1997, as Site Development Manager for Wall Data. Brett holds Bachelor of Science degrees in geophysics and oceanography from the Florida Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the University of Washington's Executive Management Program |

Kevin Delane Kevin Delane has more than 15 years of storage industry experience in building and sustaining rapidly growing international sales and business operations. Prior to joining Isilon in January 2011, Delane was Senior Vice President of Global Accounts, OEM and Focused Verticals at EMC Corporation, where he was responsible for a $3 billion revenue target and focused on developing new global markets across the US, UK, China and Japan. Prior to his role as SVP of Global Accounts, Kevin served as Divisional Vice President for New York and New Jersey, overseeing more than 500 employees and $740 million of revenue. Prior to joining EMC in 1994, Kevin held sales executive positions at Interboro Systems, a technology integrator, and Automatic Data Processing. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Providence College. |

Eric Brodersen Eric Brodersen has a proven history of developing and implementing successful partner-driven marketing and sales strategies for publicly-traded enterprise storage providers. Prior to joining Isilon in July 2010, Eric served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Quantum, where he led operations totaling revenue of $680 million in fiscal year 2010. Before leading Quantum’s worldwide sales efforts, Eric served as Senior Vice President for Quantum’s EMEA and APAC sales regions, from 2007-2009. Prior to his role in sales leadership, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Quantum, where he led the company’s marketing strategy during its acquisition and integration of ADIC. Before the acquisition, Eric held numerous sales and marketing leadership positions at ADIC. He holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. |

Mary Godwin Mary Godwin has over 15 years experience building world-class, enterprise manufacturing operations and driving supply chain value. Prior to joining Isilon in July, 2008, Mary served as Vice President at Solectron Corporation and, from 2001 to 2005, as Vice President of Product and Supply Chain Management at Lucent Technologies. During her tenure at Lucent, Mary developed and implemented product lifecycle strategies to support more than $3 Billion in annual revenue and improved the associated product margins by 40 percent. Prior to Lucent, Mary served as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Philips Electronics as well as related positions at Set Engineering and Apple Computer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. |
